A sweepstake is a contest in which a winner is selected at random from all eligible participants. Purchasing an eBook on our website does not guarantee that you will win the displayed prize. The purchase is solely for the eBook; participation in the sweepstake is an additional opportunity, and no purchase is necessary to enter.
Purchase of eBooks
When making a purchase on our website, you are purchasing exclusively a digital product: the eBook. You are not purchasing the physical product displayed, which is only a potential sweepstake prize. eBooks are non-refundable, except in the event of a transaction error such as a duplicate purchase.
Sweepstake Participation
In addition to receiving the purchased eBook, you may participate in a sweepstake for a chance to win the physical product displayed. This product is not included in the purchase and no prize is guaranteed.
No Purchase Necessary Participation
To enter for free, send an email to NPN@thesupport.care stating the name of the website where the product is displayed, together with your name, address, phone number, email address, and age. This free method offers the same chances of winning.
Eligibility
Sweepstakes are open exclusively to persons aged 18 or older who reside in New Mexico, USA, and have a valid mailing address in that state. Any entry that does not meet these criteria will be disqualified.
Monthly Subscription
Purchasing an eBook automatically enrolls you in a monthly subscription of $29.99, providing access to a selection of free eBooks each month. The subscription may be canceled at any time, but an early termination fee of $300 may apply.
Prize Delivery
Winners are contacted by email approximately one month after the drawing, held on December 31 of each year. The winner must respond to claim the prize. If no response is received, the prize may be suspended and another winner may be selected.
Refunds
eBook purchases are non-refundable. Ineligibility for the sweepstake does not entitle the purchaser to a refund because the eBook purchase remains valid. Only transaction errors, including duplicate purchases, may be reviewed.
Data Protection
Personal information collected is stored securely in our customer management system. It is used for transactions, subscription management, and sweepstakes, and is shared only with partners necessary to provide these services.
