No Refunds for eBooks
eBooks purchased on our website are non-refundable. Once delivered, a digital product cannot be returned or canceled. Your purchase is solely for the eBook, not the physical product displayed, which is a potential sweepstake prize.
Transaction Errors
In the event of an error such as a duplicate purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us immediately with the transaction details. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Ineligible Participants
A person residing outside New Mexico who purchases an eBook for the purpose of entering the sweepstake is not entitled to a refund for this reason. The eBook purchase remains valid and non-refundable.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
The monthly subscription may be canceled at any time. However, an early termination fee of $300 may apply. Monthly payments already made are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Legal Action
Any attempt to recover a payment through a chargeback or another method after purchasing an eBook will be considered a violation of our policies. Such action may result in legal proceedings and a claim for damages of up to $10,000, plus attorney fees.
